Jason Kuhn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency medical services and the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Polaris Home Funding Corp since September 2022, Jason also co-owns GK Property Services, LLC since November 2018. With a long-standing career in emergency services, Jason has held the role of Paramedic at TRI-DIVISION AMBULANCE DISTRICT since April 2004 and served as Battalion Chief at Plain Township Fire Dept from May 1993 until retirement in September 2022. Additionally, Jason contributed to educating future professionals as a Fire and EMS instructor at Stark State College from September 2005 to September 2019. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Science/Fire-fighting and Emergency Medical Services from Stark State College, along with a fire academy completion through the Aultman paramedic program.
