Amy Kroll

Amy Kroll is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Polaris Inc., serving in various leadership roles since June 2013, including Senior Human Resources Director for the Global Engineering division and Human Resources Director for the Off Road Vehicles Global Business Unit. Kroll has successfully managed HR functions across multiple divisions, driving organizational effectiveness and talent management for a $6 billion division with over 9,000 employees. Previous positions held at Polaris encompass HR Management, integration leadership for acquisitions, and HR partnerships in multiple business areas. Additionally, Kroll is a board member at the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies and has experience in new business development and sales management. Kroll holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
