Carmen Mattson

Carmen Mattson is an experienced professional in human resources and early talent development, currently serving as an Early Talent Program Specialist at Polaris Inc. since December 2021, with previous roles in the company including Human Resources Generalist and Associate Human Resources Generalist. Prior to joining Polaris, Carmen worked as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual and held various positions in educational and hospitality settings, including Teacher Assistant and Server. Carmen's educational background includes a degree in Psychology with a Marketing Minor from the University of Minnesota Duluth, after graduating from Elk River Senior High School.
