Chris Harris

Chris Harris Ph.D. is an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager at Polaris Inc., where responsibility includes overseeing the structural testing department since June 2022 and managing the Materials Engineering and Testing department prior to that. With extensive experience in casting engineering, Chris has also served as Chief Casting Engineer at Twin City Die Castings and as a Senior Development Metallurgist at Alcoa. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Metallurgy and a Master of Science in Metallic and Ceramic Materials from The University of Manchester, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Lancaster University.
