Emily Sicard

Emily Sicard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Governance Manager at Polaris Inc. since October 2021, Emily previously held the role of Governance & Legal Consultant at Allina Health from April 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing board engagement, governance activities, and corporate strategy development. Prior to that, Emily worked as a Senior Paralegal at General Mills, advising on governance matters, and as a Paralegal at Briggs and Morgan, P.A., supporting various legal practices. Emily holds a Paralegal Certificate from the Denver Paralegal Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.
