Eric Buesgens

Eric Buesgens, CPA (Inactive), currently serves as the Supply Chain Analytics Finance Manager at Polaris Inc., a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include providing actionable insights to senior leadership, designing a digital transformation roadmap for Supply Chain Finance, and mentoring a team of data analysts. Previously, at Polaris Inc., Eric led a $3bn raw material cash flow reporting project and implemented a cloud-based forecasting tool. With a strong foundation in financial analysis developed during a six-year tenure at Honeywell, Eric held several positions including Principal Analyst and Senior FP&A Analyst, contributing to strategic financial planning and performance metrics. Early career experiences included roles as a Student Equity Analyst at the University of Minnesota and various positions that focused on finance, tutoring, and management. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Markets Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
