Katie Kirchner

Katie Kirchner is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in product development and process improvement. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Innovation, Technology Development, and Product Development Process at Polaris Inc. since September 2017, Katie leads the new product development process team and oversees overall development metrics. Previously, Katie held various roles at Land O'Lakes, including Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included leading multi-site project teams and facilitating cross-functional Kaizen events as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Earlier in Katie's career at Boston Scientific, a range of positions from Sr Industrial Engineer to Project Management Supervisor were undertaken, contributing to significant product quality enhancements. Katie Kirchner holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
