Michael Turnbull

Michael Turnbull currently serves as Project Engineer and Powertrain Project Lead at Polaris Inc. since July 2022, overseeing Indian Motorcycle powertrain product development programs and leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success within cost, schedule, performance, quality, and reliability parameters. Prior to joining Polaris, Michael held the position of Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Daimler Truck North America from June 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing global battery cell welding processes and managing assembly tooling for engine product lines. Additional experience includes internships at Daimler Truck North America, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Honda Engineering North America, Inc., and Honda of America Mfg., Inc. Michael's academic credentials encompass an MBA focused on Value-Driven Organization from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
