Pamela L. Kermisch

Ms. Kermisch is the Chief Customer Engagement and Growth Officer and Vice President of ORV Marketing of Polaris Inc. She is responsible for helping to deepen Polaris’ relationships with its existing valued customers, while also expanding brand awareness and connecting with new consumer bases. In December 2019 her role was expanded to include ORV Marketing leadership. Ms. Kermisch joined Polaris in 2015 supporting Polaris’ Indian Motorcycle and Slingshot businesses. Prior to Polaris, Ms. Kermisch spent nearly 19 years with General Mills leading integrated marketing for some of its largest brands including Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Betty Crocker and Yoplait.
