Scott Gervais

Scott Gervais has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent position being the Vice President of Operations - Godfrey/Hurricane Boats at Polaris Inc. Scott joined Polaris Inc. in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Conn-Selmer, Inc. where they held various roles, including Vice President Operations, Director Global Supply Chain, Plant General Manager, and Director, Global Quality Assurance. At Conn-Selmer, Inc., they were responsible for managing operations, supply chain, quality assurance, and strategic planning. Before that, they worked at Autocam as a Quality & Engineering Manager, overseeing the company's quality system and serving as a customer liaison. Scott also worked at Robert Bosch North America as a Metallurgy Lab and Quality Supervisor.

Scott Gervais has a background in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering. Scott attended Purdue University for Business Administration and Western Michigan University for Industrial Engineering. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2012, Certified Quality System Manager (CQSM) from ASQ in 2007, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ in 2005, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Villanova University in 2004.
