Hoà Nguyễn has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Polaris Infosec and a Researcher at VeriChains Lab. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Vice President at VZOTA. Prior to that, they were an Intern at VNG Corporation.

Hoà Nguyễn attended Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
