Jarod Downing

Jarod Downing began their work experience in 2000 as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Jarod then worked at ATA Airlines as part of the Finance and Accounting team from 2001 to 2004. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Rolls-Royce in Finance and Business Management. Jarod then served as the CFO at Ricker Oil Company from 2010 to 2019. Jarod worked as the CFO at Runyon Equipment Holdings from 2019 to 2020. Since 2020, they have been running their own business, Downing Business Services, LLC, as a Business Advisor and Fractional CEO/CFO, offering strategic guidance to business owners. Additionally, starting in 2023, they will be taking on the role of CFO at POLARIS Laboratories®.

Jarod Downing completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance at Butler University from 1996 to 2000. Jarod went on to pursue further education and obtained an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, specializing in Finance & Accounting, from 2004 to 2007. In 2013, Jarod briefly attended The Wharton School, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during that time.
