Jeffrey Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Their most recent role was as the Director, Corporate Continuous Improvement at POLARIS Laboratories® since September 2019. In this position, they reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for implementing the corporate Lean vision and strategy across North American and International locations. Jeffrey also led numerous LEAN continuous improvement projects that resulted in cost reductions, increased revenue, and improved employee engagement. Jeffrey served as the executive lead for the bi-monthly Executive Steering Committee.

Prior to that, in January 2019, Jeffrey served as the Principal CEO of J&M Property LLC, where they utilized their 25 years of residential and commercial real estate development experience. Jeffrey owned and managed an 8-unit commercial retail plaza in Brown County, IN, and oversaw the improvement and construction of 8 residential properties.

Jeffrey also had a successful tenure at AT&T, starting in October 1996. Jeffrey held various roles, including Six Sigma Master Black Belt, where they managed cross-functional teams and led numerous projects resulting in combined savings of $103 million. Jeffrey was also a Casewise Process Modeler responsible for creating standardized process flows and generating quality business requirements. Jeffrey served as a Senior Testing Manager, incorporating test planning and execution activities, and an Area Manager, responsible for leading a network call center and field operations team.

Before their time at AT&T, Jeffrey worked at CPI Inc/Kodak as an Area Manager overseeing photo and retail sales, and at Hobby Corner as the Owner of a retail sports and hobby store. Jeffrey started their career in the United States Army, where they served as a Specialist and performed various administrative and management duties.

Overall, Jeffrey Robinson has a strong background in continuous improvement, real estate development, telecommunications, retail sales, and military service. Their experience spans leadership, project management, process design, testing, and operations management.

Jeffrey Robinson attended Evangel University from 1986 to 1988, studying Pastoral Theology. In 2006, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in Continuous Improvement from AT&T University - Center for Learning. In 2009, they earned the title of Six Sigma Master Black Belt from AT&T Quality Management System (QMS), and also completed a degree in Organizational Leadership from AT&T University - Center for Learning from 2009 to 2011. In 2015, Jeffrey obtained a Big Data Analytics Certification in Bronze - Big Data from AT&T University - Center for Learning. Additionally, in 2016, they completed a course in Agile from AT&T University - Center for Learning.
