Lynn Shortt

Lynn Shortt has a diverse work experience. Lynn started their career in 2004 as an Academy Director at La Petite Academy. In this role, they were responsible for managing the academy's operations. In 2008, they joined POLARIS Laboratories®, where they held several roles. From 2008 to 2016, Lynn worked as a Customer Service Representative, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and dealing with complaints. Lynn then became a Customer Service Representative Team Lead in 2016, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the team, trained and developed team members, and conducted monthly employee reviews. Lynn then transitioned into a Territory Account Manager role, first handling the Southern Plains and West region from 2017 to 2019, and currently working as a Midwest Account Manager since 2019. In their current position, Lynn builds and maintains relationships with the assigned customer base while improving program effectiveness through monitoring compliance and volume.

Lynn Shortt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Indianapolis. This educational journey took place between 1995 and 1998.
