Kara Schultz is an accomplished marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Polaris Pacific since March 2017, Kara leads marketing efforts for high-density residential communities. Previously, Kara held positions including Marketing Director at RFR Holding LLC, where the focus was on luxury commercial and residential properties, and Business Development and Project Manager at Pandiscio Co., a strategic branding agency. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Sales Operations at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Kara holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Southern California.
