Simon Damkjær Wille

Simon Damkjær Wille has had a long and successful career in private equity. Simon is currently the Director at Polaris Private Equity, a position they have held since 2013. Prior to this, they served as a financial analyst and assistant manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2006 to 2010. Simon also held the position of Polaris Member - Board of Directors at HTC Professional Floor Systems from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the global operations of the company's floor grinding systems and solutions. Simon also served as a board member for the Twister Group from 2013 to 2018, where they helped the company rapidly grow its diamond-based floor cleaning methods business.

Simon Damkjær Wille has a MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School, and a HD (BSc) in Finance/Business Economics from the same school.
