Shanika Arboleda

Shanika Arboleda, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant at Polaris Real Estate Partners since November 2023. Prior to this role, Shanika accumulated extensive experience in accounting at Ballast Investments from January 2018 to August 2023, working their way up from Corporate Accountant and Accounting Specialist to Senior Corporate Accountant. Additional experience includes a position as Staff Accountant at Alpha Flight Guru and various internships in accounting and tutoring at organizations such as Sullivan Learning Systems and the City of Livingston. Shanika holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of California, Merced. Educational background also includes international studies at UC Center in Paris and a high school diploma from St. Ignatius College Preparatory.
