Travis Pacoe is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily property investment and management. Currently serving as the Managing General Partner at Polaris Real Estate Partners since October 2014, Travis oversees investments in multifamily properties across the central and mid-western United States. Prior to this role, Travis was the Managing Member at Western Investment Partners from June 2011 to February 2019, focusing on class B and C multifamily properties. Earlier in the career, Travis worked as a Real Estate Broker at Arroyo & Coates from December 1990 to January 2000, specializing in multifamily properties in northern California and single tenant, net leased properties throughout the continental U.S. Travis holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, completed in 1991.
