Asish Panda has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. asish began their career in 2007 as an RF Engineer at Sasken Networks Engineering Ltd, where they worked on a project for Reliance Communication. asish utilized tools such as M2000, Schema, and TEMS Investigation to support this project. In 2009, Panda joined Nokia Siemens Network as an RF Design and Optimization Engineer. asish worked in this role for one year before moving on to Alcatel-Lucent in 2010. At Alcatel-Lucent, they served as a Senior Engineer until December 2011. During this time, they gained experience in RF optimization and operations. Panda then joined the Reliance Project as a Senior RF Engineer in 2010 and Polaris Wireless as a Senior Engineer in March 2013. asish continues to contribute their expertise to the telecom industry.

Asish Panda completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics & Communication from Sanjaya Memorial Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
