Jon Hoye

Jon Hoye has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and web development. Jon is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Polarity since July 2021. Before that, they served as an Application Development Team Lead at STR from August 2015 to July 2021. Prior to that, Jon worked as an Associate Programmer at Atlantic BT from January 2011 to August 2015.

Jon'scareer in web development began at BizCom Web Services in September 2007, where they served as a Web Developer. Jon held certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in .NET 2.0 Framework Web Applications.

Jon also worked as a Web Developer at BluePhoenix Solutions from September 2005 to September 2007 and as a Contractor/Web Developer at SpectraSite Communications from November 2004 to September 2005.

Jon Hoye attended the North Carolina State University School of Design from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a BEDA, BAD degree in Architecture, Art & Design. In 2003 to 2004, they studied at the ECPI College of Technology and received a Diploma of Higher Education in IT/Web Development. Additionally, Jon has certifications in CHIA (obtained in December 2017 from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute) and is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (institution and date of certification unspecified).
