Established 1973, Polarputki is a leading supplier of engineering and special steels to the Finnish engineering and mechanical industry. The end customer segments include marine and mining, transmissions and power, oil and gas, and other sectors where there is need for high-quality, special steel for machining purposes. Our main products are seamless tubes, steel bars, hydraulic products, process tubes and stainless long steel products.

Our Steel Service Centre in Vantaa, equipped with the state-of the art machines, offers value adding services to all the customers and enables us to guarantee a quick delivery anywhere in Finland. Our competent and skilful sales force undertakes full customer support ensuring seamless operations.
Polarputki is owned 50/50 by thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH and Heléns Rör AB. This international dimension provides wider range of products for our customers and most importantly the JIT deliveries that are always highly valued.

Polarputki myy hyvin koneistettavia erikoisteräksiä ja muita korkealaatuisia terästuotteita sekä palveluja Suomen konepaja- ja telakkateollisuudelle. Päätuoteryhmiämme ovat saumattomat putket, ainesputket, pyöröteräkset, hydrauliikkatuotteet, prosessiputkistotuotteet ja ruostumattomat teräkset. 
Asiakkaitamme ovat valmistavat teollisuusyritykset, komponenttitoimittajat, teollisuuden alihankkijat sekä asennusliikkeet. Olemme toimineet alalla jo vuodesta 1973 ja panostamme pitkäaikaiseen kumppanuuteen asiakkaidemme kanssa.

Teräspalvelukeskuksessamme Vantaalla meillä on tehokas konekanta, jolla palvelemme asiakkaitamme mm. mittaan sahaamalla sekä nopeilla ja täsmällisillä toimituksilla. Ammattitaitoinen ja motivoitunut henkilöstömme on sitoutunut saumattomaan yhteistyöhön asiakkaidemme toimitusten varmistamiseksi.
