Bradley S. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Bradley currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Pole Star Global. Prior to this, Bradley founded Scale i/o and TCGMasters, where they successfully built and managed these businesses. Bradley also held positions as the Head of Talent Acquisition at The Electric Car Scheme and Vyne, where they played key roles in scaling up the companies and improving the hiring processes. In addition, Bradley worked as a Talent Acquisition/Managing Consultant at Intelletec, partnering with startups to assist them in scaling effectively. Bradley also worked at Hudson as a Recruitment Lead in the FinTech industry and at Hays and Aston Carter as a Senior Recruiter focusing on FinTech and trading systems. Throughout their various roles, Bradley has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, process development, and building successful teams.

Bradley S. attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in the year 2022. Bradley participated in the Oxford Fintech Programme, focusing on the field of study related to fintech. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Prince2® Project Management 6th Edition from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2022.
