Glenys Blankson-Quaicoe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2012, they started as a Front of House Supervisor at Ampersand CH&Co, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, Glenys joined Prostate Cancer UK as a Special Events Intern for a brief period of three months. Glenys then moved back to Ampersand CH&Co in 2014, this time as an Assistant Conference and Events Manager until 2015. In 2016, they worked as an Instant Services Associate at the InterContinental London Park Lane for one year. Glenys then joined Pole Star Space Applications in 2017 as a Marketing Assistant for a limited period of two months. In 2018, they took on the role of Sales and Marketing Assistant at the same company. Finally, in 2021, they transitioned to becoming a Customer Support Representative at Pole Star Space Applications, where they continue to work.

Glenys Blankson-Quaicoe pursued their education by first attending the University of Hertfordshire from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Marketing. Later, in 2013 to 2014, they completed a CIM Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Events Management at Ashdown Academy.
