James Ferguson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Pole Star Global, a company specializing in maritime intelligence technologies. In this role, James is responsible for developing innovative solutions that protect customers' vessels, people, reputation, and financial investments. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales North America and UK at EasyVista.

Before joining EasyVista, James held multiple leadership positions at Computer Services, Inc., including Vice President, Managing Director of the Regulatory Compliance Group and Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer. James gained extensive experience in the RegTech industry and emphasized the importance of doing the right thing for both the customer and the business.

James also has experience in the real estate industry, having worked as a Residential Real Estate Consultant at Ferguson Real Estate, RE/MAX Allegiance. James started their career as a Quality Assurance Lead at Lebensart Technology.

Notably, James is proud of their service in the United States Air Force as an Air Transportation Specialist. James considers it one of their proudest achievements.

James Ferguson, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Northern Arizona University from 2002 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, between 2009 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" from LinkedIn in February 2019.
