Cavan Roe has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 when they served as a Senior Resident Advisor and Hall Council President at the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2014, they joined the United States Marine Corps as a Local Security Chief in the Reserves. After leaving the military in 2020, Cavan founded The Hunt X, which organized Extreme Scavenger Hunt Races, and TeachMyStudent LLC, a platform aimed at aiding in the search for educational environments. In 2018, they founded SuperShield Products LLC, a company specializing in thermal control products for cars. Cavan also worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor at FormAcore and as a Community Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2021, Cavan became a Crypto Project Manager at Unplugged Performance, where they cultivated partnerships between the company and automobile manufacturers, NFT artists, projects, and developers. Cavan then became a Tesla Consultant, providing performance, appearance, and luxury upgrades to Tesla owners. In 2022, they joined Agora Capital Gaming as the Illuvial Force Commander, responsible for building a community of talented crypto gamers. Cavan is currently working as a Content Producer at Polemos, recruiting and promoting players for esports teams.

Cavan Roe's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Cheyenne Mountain High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2013. From 2014 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2021, Cavan enrolled in the Jack Welch Management Institute and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program from 2021 to 2023. Cavan graduated with a Master of Business Administration with Distinction in March 2023. Additionally, Cavan obtained several certifications, including "Learning Confluence 2018" and "Learning Jira (Cloud Edition)" from LinkedIn in March 2022, as well as a "Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering" from the University of Colorado Boulder in August 2020.
