Andrew Draper

Andrew Draper has a strong background in engineering and management roles. Andrew started their career at McDonald's, where they worked as a Crew Member, Crew Trainer, and later as a Shift Manager. In 2013, they joined Jaguar Land Rover as a Graduate Product Development Engineer, and over the years, they took on various roles such as Lead Engineer for Interior Sensing Platform and Lead Engineer for Occupant Safety Systems. Andrew then joined Lucid Motors in 2020 as a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer, where they played a pivotal role in the launch of Lucid Air and managed a team of engineers. Currently, Andrew works at Polestar as a Principal Engineer, specifically focusing on Body Systems.

Andrew Draper completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons in Electronic Engineering at the University of Reading from 2009 to 2012. Andrew then pursued a JLR Technical Accreditation Scheme (TAS) in Automotive Technology from 2013 to 2016 at the University of Warwick - WMG. Prior to their university education, they completed their A Levels at Wootton Upper School from 2004 to 2009.
