Dat Hoang

Dat Hoang is a Business Analyst in the Digital Product Creation department at Polestar since January 2023, also serving as a Consultant for XCOLL AB. Prior to this, Dat held multiple roles at CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB) from August 2016 to January 2023, including Software Owner, Release & BOM Engineer, Project Leader, and STC Gatekeeper, focusing on software responsibilities for autonomous driving vehicles and overseeing product lifecycles. Dat’s earlier experience includes positions as an Engineering Consultant at Sigma Industry, Design Engineer at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, and an Internship Trainee as a Subsea Design Engineer at ÅF, with foundational experience as a Production Line Worker at Volvo Cars and co-owning Polhem's Car Care. Dat holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and has pursued further education at Campus Mölndal and Lernia Yrkeshögskola.
