Duncan Strachan

Duncan Strachan is a seasoned engineer with a robust background in chassis systems and component engineering, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Polestar since June 2022, focusing on wheels, tyres, and related components. Prior to this role, Duncan held the position of Lead Engineer - Wheels & Tyres at Jaguar Land Rover from November 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included feasibility loops, supplier management, and component testing. Duncan's experience also includes working as a CAx Engineer at Tata Technologies for a year, and serving as a Sailing Instructor at Gold Arrow Camp during the summers from 2015 to 2017. Duncan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 2012 and 2017.
