Jana Hendrickson

Jana Hendrickson is an experienced professional in sales operations and business development, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Polestar since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jana held several positions at Volvo Cars, including Senior Manager of the Pre-owned Portfolio, and Certified by Volvo Manager from December 2019 to May 2022. Jana's experience also includes strategic planning and analysis roles at BMW Financial Services and project management positions at Herc Rentals and Hertz, where notable achievements include leading IT and process improvement initiatives and managing complex separation projects. Jana began the career with a foundation of analytical skills and project coordination at Presidential Life, US Steel Corporation, and Tomirex, following a Master's Degree in Production Engineering from the Technical University of Kosice.
