Jennifer Gustavsson has extensive experience in CRM business development and lead generation, currently serving as the business owner for Polestar CRM since March 2017. In this role, Jennifer leads major CRM-related projects and provides training for CRM and lead management. Previous positions at Polestar include Technical CRM Communications Manager, where leadership of the CRM Operations team and project management for customer journey improvements were key responsibilities, and CRM Project Manager, focusing on customer journey planning and content production.
