Jennifer Gustavsson

Jennifer Gustavsson has extensive experience in CRM business development and lead generation, currently serving as the business owner for Polestar CRM since March 2017. In this role, Jennifer leads major CRM-related projects and provides training for CRM and lead management. Previous positions at Polestar include Technical CRM Communications Manager, where leadership of the CRM Operations team and project management for customer journey improvements were key responsibilities, and CRM Project Manager, focusing on customer journey planning and content production. Prior to Polestar, Jennifer worked at Telia Company in various capacities, including Digital Communications Specialist and Competence Development Specialist, where responsibilities included training development and customer service communications. Jennifer holds a Kandidatexamen in Medie- och Kommunikationsvetenskap from the University of Gothenburg and a Scrum Master certification obtained in March 2022.
