Petr Chadraba

Petr Chadraba currently serves as the Global Internal Communications Lead and Global PR Manager for Sustainability & Innovation Communication (interim) at Polestar since October 2023, focusing on strategic sustainability communications. Simultaneously, Petr is the owner of Västeffekt: Kommunikation & påverkan, helping clients develop confident leaders and loyal employees. Previously, Petr held multiple communication roles at IKEA from 2011 to 2022, including Communication Business Partner for Sustainability Innovation and Corporate Communications Manager for the Central European region. Additional experiences include leadership roles at AHOLD Czech Republic, membership on the executive board of PR klub, and contributions as a freelance writer. Petr's educational background includes degrees in International Relations, Rhetorics, and an MA in English-French from the University of South Bohemia, complemented by various courses in leadership, sustainability, and digitalization.
