Priyanka Sethia

Priyanka Sethia is currently the Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Polestar, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Priyanka worked at KPMG US from January 2020 to January 2023, advancing from Associate to Senior Associate in the accounting advisory group, specializing in capital market transactions and preparation of financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP. Experience also includes assisting oil and gas companies during bankruptcies and participating in SPAC transactions. Earlier professional roles include a summer internship at KPMG, business development intern at Intellimed, recruiting associate at Govig & Associates, and marketing coordinator at 48 West Agency. Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, earned in 2019.
