Youngsil Lee

Youngsil Lee currently serves in the role of CRM & Digital Marketing at Polestar since August 2023, while also being the co-founder and owner of bbbseoul, a natural wine bar in Seoul since January 2021. Previously, Youngsil worked at Volvo Cars from March 2022 to July 2023, managing Salesforce systems and overseeing customer analysis, sales funnel management, and data warehouse development. Prior experience includes a position at BMW Group from May 2013 to February 2021, focusing on customer experience and developing a blockchain-based customer loyalty program, as well as managing marketing communications for MINI Korea. An early career at Hyundai Motor Company involved brand communication and market analysis during a marketing internship. Additionally, Youngsil contributed as a research assistant at A.T. Kearney on corporate strategy projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University and an exchange program at Michigan State University.
