MacIek Spus

Maciek Spus is an experienced biotechnology professional with a Doctor of Philosophy in Life Sciences from Wageningen University & Research. Currently serving as Biotechnology Laboratory Manager and Coordinator at Polfarmex S.A. since February 2017, Maciek has also held postdoctoral positions at Aalto University and Valio from October 2015 to January 2017. Maciek's academic journey includes a PhD project focused on mixed starter culture engineering at Wageningen University, along with participation in the Top Institute of Food and Nutrition for industry-related studies. Earlier experience includes working as a Client Consultant at mBank from September 2008 to August 2009 and academic contributions as a Student Assistant in Food Microbiology.
