Joao Burke is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in tax and corporate law, currently serving as Diretor Vice Presidente de Compliance and Co-Founder & Angel Investor at Poli Angels since 2018. Burke is also a partner at Vianna, Burke & Oliveira Franco Advogados, overseeing tax, corporate, startup, and investment matters since February 2017. Additional roles include serving as an officer and legal representative at Ultra Electronics Forensic Technology and previously providing tax and corporate consulting at Vainer e Villela Advogados. Burke's legal career began at Nehring e Associados Advocacia as a Tax Partner and has included teaching positions at Profins Business School and FECAP.
