Carlos V. is an experienced executive in youth development and community services, currently serving as Executive Director at Police Athletic League, Inc. since January 2022. Previously held key leadership positions at The Boys'​ Club of New York as Chief Program Officer and Clubhouse Director, as well as roles including Community School Director at Center for Supportive Schools and National Director of College Success at Let's Get Ready. Carlos V. has a strong educational background with degrees in Social Work and Community Based Learning from Syracuse University and Bank Street College of Education, respectively, and is furthering education at Harvard Business School in Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management.
