Alan Phillips

Alan Phillips is an accomplished Senior Cloud Solution Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions primarily within the public sector. Currently at Police Digital Service since August 2021, Alan specializes in architecture and design for Microsoft Azure environments, leading the development of the National Police Capabilities Environment. Previously, Alan held key roles at Thames Valley Police, where responsibilities included leading the cloud solutions strategy and technical project delivery across multiple forces. Other positions include senior technical management roles at the European Space Agency, Itergy, and Optimal IT Solutions Ltd, showcasing a robust background in IT consultancy, project management, and infrastructure development. Alan holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science and Management Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
