Carl Walker

Carl Walker is an experienced technology and strategic advisor in the policing and public safety sectors, currently serving as the Director of Policing at Oracle since September 2024. Walker's previous roles include Technology Advisor for the City of London Police, strategic leadership for Lincolnshire Police, and Chief Architect for the City of London Corporation, overseeing significant technology initiatives and projects. Prior to these positions, Walker held influential roles at Microsoft as Public Safety & National Security CTO and served as Managing Director for the health and fitness magazines Flex and Muscle & Fitness, driving substantial circulation growth.
