Kate Boyle

Kate Boyle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kate is currently working as the Head of Data Services at the Police Digital Service. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Data Office - Group Learning, Comms, and Culture Lead at Lloyds Bank from June 2020 to November 2022. Before joining Lloyds Bank, they served as a Senior Manager at the same company from October 2018 to June 2020. Kate also worked at HSBC, where they held various roles such as Data Management from June 2016 to October 2018, Data Ownership Project Manager and Data Architect Lead PM from June 2015 to May 2016, and Data Management Training Project Manager from February 2014 to May 2016. Kate briefly worked as a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in July 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Conduct Risk Manager, Operations at RBS Markets and International Banking from March 2011 to February 2014. Kate began their career as a Risk Officer at Morgan Stanley in 2006 and worked there until 2011.

Kate Boyle attended Bexley Technical High School for Girls from 1983 to 1988. Kate did not obtain a degree or specialize in a particular field of study during this time. Kate also holds a certification as DCAM Accredited V2 from the EDM Council, obtained in 2020.
