Owen White has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Owen started their career as a Trainee Accountant at Pearlmans in 1993 and then worked as an Accountant at Turpin Barker and Armstrong from 1995 to 1999. In 1999, they transitioned into law enforcement and joined the Metropolitan Police as a Police Officer. Throughout their time there, Owen held various roles such as Alternate Crypto Custodian, Staff Officer to Deputy Chief Information Officer, Customer Care Sergeant, Diversity Sergeant, Licensing Sergeant, and Police Sergeant. In 2011, they became a Staff Officer to the Borough Commander at Hammersmith Police Station. Owen also worked at the National Police Technology Council as a Staff Officer and at the National Police Chiefs' Council as a Staff Officer to the Enabling Programmes Director. Currently, they are the Chief of Staff at the Police Digital Service.
Owen White attended Enfield Grammar School from 1983 to 1990, where they studied Accountancy and Business Studies at the A and O Levels. Owen later attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1990 to 1993, earning a BSc in Accountancy.
