Susannah Reynolds

Susannah Reynolds is an experienced ICT professional with a robust background in IT service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as ICT Operations Manager at Police Digital Service since September 2022, Susannah previously held multiple roles at Essex Police, including IT Service Delivery Manager and Supplier Manager & ITIL Service Delivery Team Leader from June 2016 onward. Earlier positions include Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst and ITIL Problem Analyst at Essex Police, and IT Security Administrator at Deutsche Bank. Susannah began a career in IT at Pearson as a Service Desk Analyst. Educational qualifications include an HNC in Business from Braintree College and an NVQ 3 in Business Administration from Colchester Institute.
