Police Executive Research Forum
Raquel Rodriguez currently serves as the Deputy Director of Finance at the Police Executive Research Forum, a position held since July 2024, having previously worked in various accounting roles within the same organization from 1998 to June 2023. Notably, Raquel oversaw annual independent audits and coordinated single audits for federal awards, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance. This experience builds on a solid foundation that includes preparing tax returns, managing accounts payable and payroll processes, and leading teams to meet operational goals. Raquel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Freshers Campus jobs and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
Police Executive Research Forum
The Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) is an independent research organization that focuses on critical issues in policing. Since its founding in 1976, PERF has identified best practices on fundamental issues such as reducing police use of force; developing community policing and problem-oriented policing; using technologies to deliver police services to the community; and evaluating crime reduction strategies. PERF strives to advance professionalism in policing and to improve the delivery of police services through the exercise of strong national leadership; public debate of police and criminal justice issues; and research and policy development.
