Phill Matthews

Phill Matthews is a specialist trainer at the Police Federation of England and Wales, where responsibilities include training new and existing representatives in essential skills for effective member representation. In addition to this role, Phill serves as a local borough councillor for Rushcliffe Borough Council and has previously held significant positions within the Police Federation, including Policy & Standards adviser, Region 4 Sergeants Representative, and Chair of the Conduct and Performance subcommittee. With a degree in Applied Biology from Liverpool John Moores University, Phill has demonstrated a commitment to the welfare and efficiency of police forces, alongside a focus on governance and standard development.
