Sarah Menezes

Sarah Menezes has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. In that year, they began as an intern at Champion Saude Animal, where they worked in the Recruitment and Selection area. After that, they moved to Clínica Vittá Goiânia in 2017 as the Financial Manager. In this role, they were responsible for structuring the finance department, including subsystems, and also acted in the People and Management area. In 2019, they were hired as the Head of People at Poli, where they structured the entire Poli People and Management area and tripled the number of employees in 9 months. Additionally, they achieved SLA records for vacancies and attracted top talent to the team. Sarah also held the role of Head of Finance and Administration at Poli, where they were responsible for budget preparation and monitoring, cash flow projections, monitoring of collection and default, pricing, legal management and review of service provision contracts, legal charges, compliance, recruitment and selection, points bonus program, preparation, application and management of skills mapping and job and salary plan, and engagement research.

Sarah Menezes has a background in economics, having obtained a degree in Economy from the Universidade Estadual de Goiás in 2017. Sarah is currently enrolled in an MBA program at USP/Esalq. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Decodificando a cultura from Future Dojo in 2022, Transformação Ágil from Future Dojo in 2022, ACE por elas from ACE Startups in 2022, Gupy Compartilha Edição Tech from Gupy in 2022, RH Talks from RH Summit in 2022, and Consultor Avançado DISC from ETALENT in 2016.
