Oana Mihaela Nastase

Oana Mihaela Nastase has extensive experience in the field of packaging and quality control, currently serving as the Group Packaging Coordinator at Policolor-Orgachim Group since February 2014. Responsibilities include developing vendor relationships, establishing quality procedures, and testing packaging materials to enhance process efficiency. Oana previously held roles as a Quality Analyst and Chemical Engineer within the same organization, where duties involved test plan execution, statistical data analysis, and defect identification in production. Oana's early career includes a promoter position at FrontLine Marketing and internship experience in the Quality Control department at Policolor-Orgachim. An academic background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, as well as a High School Diploma in Natural Resources and Environment Protection from "Lazar Edeleanu" Technical College.
