Rick Wilton is an experienced professional in product management and program leadership, currently serving as the Head of Product for Payments and Finance, as well as Home Insurance at Policy Expert since November 2010. With a strong background in defining solutions, managing integrations, and leading agile teams, Rick has successfully overseen various product initiatives, including premium finance and car insurance integrations. Prior to Policy Expert, Rick held significant roles at lastminute.com, TUI UK, and SITA, where responsibilities included managing strategic projects, business development, and leading cross-functional teams. Rick holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Leeds and possesses a comprehensive skill set in the travel and finance sectors.
