Esther Chibueyin Fagbo

Esther Chibueyin Fagbo currently serves as the Manager for the National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) in Nigeria at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where strategic leadership is provided for the country's transition to a circular plastic economy. With prior experience as Head of Partnerships and Human Resources and Head of Business Development at Wecyclers Corporation, significant contributions were made towards organizational growth and environmental initiatives. Esther's extensive involvement in youth representation includes roles as an AFS Youth Assembly Ambassador and Delegate, and participation in prominent programs such as the YALI Regional Leadership Center. Esther holds an MSc in Future Infrastructure, Climate Change and Sustainability from The University of Edinburgh, along with various other certifications in sustainability and environmental management.
