Osasuyi Dirisu

Osasuyi Dirisu, PhD, serves as the Executive Director of the Policy Innovation Centre and a Senior Fellow at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group since September 2021, providing strategic oversight, managing operations, and leading initiatives to promote evidence-based policy in Nigeria. Previously, Osasuyi held the position of Research Director at the Population Council, where leadership involved study design and managing extensive research teams. Additional roles include Program Director at Freedom Foundation Nigeria, overseeing integrated substance use and HIV programs, and management positions in healthcare insurance at IHMS HMO and HCI Healthcare HMO, where emphasis was on quality assurance and performance improvement. Osasuyi's educational background includes advanced studies from Harvard Kennedy School and the University of Oxford, complemented by a PhD in Public Health from the University of Leeds.
