Daniel Shapiro, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Daniel is the Founder and Principal of Dan Shapiro Consulting, where they provide coaching, consulting, and hands-on support to successful entrepreneurs. Their role at Discretion Capital is as the VP of Finance. Currently, Daniel holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at both Markee Co. and PolicyFly. Prior to these roles, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Coney Island Prep and also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer there from 2013 to 2016. Daniel started their career at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Associate. In addition, they have experience as a Network Finance Associate at Success Academy Charter Schools and as a Program Coordinator at East Bali Poverty Project (EBPP).
