Jocelyn Corbett

Director of Corporate Racial Equity at PolicyLink

Jocelyn Corbett is the Director of Corporate Racial Equity at PolicyLink. Jocelyn has dedicated their career to social impact, working to create equitable outcomes for marginalized communities.

Previously, they were the Community Engagement Manager at B Lab, where they managed a 3 year, $2 million grant-funded program to improve the equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) of Certified B Corporations. Jocelyn recruited and supported 500+ companies to meet over 1000 measurable EDI goals, including instituting a living wage, creating employer-sponsored small dollar loan programs, and increasing the diversity of boards and leadership teams. Additionally, they served on B Lab's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Most recently, they worked as a Social Impact Consultant at JoCo Consulting. There, they co-led a research and listening project for one of the largest fiscal sponsors in the U.S. to share recommendations with the field as to how fiscal sponsors can better advance racial equity. Additionally, they led curriculum re-design and co-facilitated FSG's Talent Rewire Accelerator, a program to support socially responsible businesses to implement practice changes that drive economic mobility and equity for their frontline workforce. Jocelyn also coalesced national partners around a longitudinal study of corporate follow through to race equity commitments in the wake of the 2020 racial uprisings. Finally, they revamped FSG’s Opportunity Navigator tool to incorporate racial equity lens so that participating organizations can assess and improve quality jobs for frontline workers of color.

Through their various roles, Jocelyn has worked tirelessly to create more equitable outcomes for communities of color. Jocelyn is an expert in their field and is well-respected by their peers.

Jocelyn Corbett has a BA in Sociology from Colorado College and certification from THE OMIDYAR GROUP LLC and Acumen Academy in Systems & Complexity Practice.
